Life savers! These guys have some brilliant options available and recently came to the rescue when our stage set fell through for a client and we need a fast and effective alternative.
3D modular backdrops and scenic panels are the perfect stage set to transform a stage and look brilliant with some creative lighting or some creative projection mapping for the adventurous. We loved how easy they were to put together and how fun it was to play with the overall look and adjust when we were onsite for the best look.

Selbys
Their tagline is “energising brands and events” and they delivered. Some last minute floor decals to an exhibition delighted a sponsor, looked great and were an economical solution to quite a difficult problem, “how do we highlight a Welcome Reception sponsor when the Reception is on the trade show floor with so much competing branding?”. BAM! 12 big bold decals created a walk way from the theatre through the exhibition - along to the bar and along to their stand. There was no doubt who was sponsoring the soiree. While decals aren’t new, Selbys are the go to in doing them well and doing them fast. The guys went above and beyond in Melbourne in getting them produced (down to testing the print quality of the PMS colour to ensure we were 100% happy) and then the legends drove from near Dandenong to the MCEC to make sure we had them on the floor well before open (no taking chances with couriers with this lot!).

Mealworks
Ali had people smiling ear to ear in Port Kembla with her magical creations at the ResponsibleSteel Forum. Catering is so important and she just gets it so right. Her home cooking meets corporate styling was spot on for our International Group visiting the region. She highlighted the quality produce of the area and came up with the most beautiful fresh options to keep attendees fuelled over the 2 days. The event team could not help themselves and gobbled up scrolls upon scrolls for breakfast, plates full of salads and the most delicious slices and pastries during all the breaks. She is our new go to for offsite catering in Sydney and the South Coast!

Balanced Image Studio
Josh was a great find in 2019! A photographer who gets in and gets the job done with no fuss. He was great fun to have onsite and it was reassuring to know that all the shots were under control (plus he went above and beyond and took some venue shots, staff shots and even went on one of the site tours to capture the action… that’s the above and beyond spirit). We love that it was all just so easy and that his team had the session recordings, photography and anything else we throw at them under control at all times.

Oh My Digital!
These are our favourite ladies to stalk on Instagram at the moment. Katy and Hayley are everything digital marketing and much more. Daily tips and tricks are always appreciated and everything is delivered in super digestible bite size chunks via the gram (we will be binging on their social media cheat sheets over the xmas break). Keeping up to date with the latest trends is important for us to help plan new event marketing strategies for our clients to reach their target audiences, promote their event/brand/company/mission and get more bums on seats. The inspiration is much appreciated!
